Cancellation and Refund Policy
At AuthSafe, we maintain a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Subscription Cancellation and Downgrade
We issue refunds only in the following cases:
Duplicate payments due to billing errors.
Service disruptions caused by AuthSafe lasting more than 24 hours.
Failed transactions where payment was deducted but services were not activated.
No Refund for Partial Usage
We do not offer refunds for partial use of a billing cycle.
Users who cancel can continue using premium features until the billing period ends.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
