Cancellation and Refund Policy


At AuthSafe, we maintain a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Subscription Cancellation and Downgrade

We issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments due to billing errors.

  • Service disruptions caused by AuthSafe lasting more than 24 hours.

  • Failed transactions where payment was deducted but services were not activated.

No Refund for Partial Usage

  • We do not offer refunds for partial use of a billing cycle.

  • Users who cancel can continue using premium features until the billing period ends.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
